Giving Back

As a way to give back to the community, the owner of Jack Dean Flooring joined the Board of Directors at Resilient Retreat. Resilient Retreat provides free and confidential programs for survivors of abuse, first responders, and helping professionals to heal the impacts of trauma on the mind, body, and spirit. As our business grew, it gave us the unique opportunity to be able to give back. For every dollar spent in our business, a portion goes to resilient retreat.

We knew we wanted to give back, but personal donations can sometimes be more difficult to come by, it was only after owner's friend Sherri Mills approached him with her idea for the Live2Give Biz Group. This is a group of philanthropic businesses in the area that show their donations. It gives people who choose to look for businesses that give back a way of seeing like minded options. This group was the catalyst we needed to crunch the numbers and see that we could make a difference.
